What stood out about my experience today was how I had thought I had gotten everything set up with my utilities for my apartment but I did not. Rather than going to my new place walking in with no electricity, they called me to tell me that I just needed to set up one last thing. I thought this was so great of them to call back. Seriously how nice. Thanks Jesse
