Watch out. They sell easy but if you have any problem forget, both the attention once the trip started and the after-sales. I had a problem, we stayed at an airport lying with a person with his broken arm. They gave us an emergency phone number we called for 1 hour about 50 times and nobody answered. It was 5pm and nobody attended us. When we returned we made the claim AS THEY INDICATED US and more than two months later we did not even receive an answer. After they told us to save the tickets. A shame. I call by phone and they tell me that only by mail, and the mails do not answer them. When I submitted the claim I received an automatic response that within 30 days maximum I would receive a response and it has not been so. The rest of the mails have not answered. Incredible. Given that the day after the problem they called to apologize and tell us to save the tickets and claim.
