Customer care by phone has improved! Actual car service has dropped. When will auto care stop being run by macho men who have no respect for women? The mechanics are in a mad rush and make too many mistakes

So about a month ago I traded my corolla for lease on a 2018 RAV 4. What service when you are in sales! Perfect I should say, I walked out feeling on top of the world with my new Rav 4 lol. Unfortunately, that all goes downhill when you have to get service. A simple thing like wash and some kind of top up and they always make some kind of mistake that they will try to blame you for. I am 100 % sure that the spot on my leahter back seat was not there. But Mario Dorestant insists I made the mark. Unfortunately, that lead to an argument. Because i know it was not there and he is balming me. I have met so many car service men that are just so unkind and ignorant it is a pity that Deerfiled Beach Toyota chooses to hire unkind people. I have rougly 18 yrs of owning Toyotas and although the cars are absolutley great and reliable, the service is terribly poor. It will not improve. So this will be my last Toyota! There is room for improvement here, hire excellent leaders and managers and train the service people better. Be honest and allocate enough time for people to do the work properly so you can have happy customers!
