I've had mixed experience with this dealership, from the service department. My favorite client advisor, Ralf Berthiez, is always helpful, and will take the time to chat about cars any time he's not with a customer. The right service advisor helps get through some of the service difficulties. Mike Torres was just such a service adviser, when I brought my vehicle in for a safety inspection last summer. Turned out I had badly worn tires (threads showing). I had the vehicle into this same dealership just a few months earlier, where they confirmed 'thousands' of miles still available; encouraging me to get wheel repairs done. Had I known the true condition of the tires, I would not have spent the money to repair the wheels. It was very frustrating, but Mike was patient, and helped me navigate a solution I was happy with. If not for him, I would not have returned to this dealership.
