The service advisor that came here and gave me the estimate said that the ductwork sealing process would help so I scheduled and gave upfront money and a financing deal. Well the actual technician that came here to perform the work advised me that I would be wasting my money due to the condition of my ductwork. That s not funny because that s the 1st thing I asked for the service advisor to do. Impressed with the Technician, not so much for the service advisor. . Waiting to contact them about my upfront money since the job was canceled!
