I am so disgusted that I gave this company a single penny of my money. Every time I called I was treated rudely and have been hung up on. I went to make a payment one month and found out they canceled my policy because THEY lost my paperwork! I was driving uninsured without knowing!!! I had to resubmit information they already had. I was blatantly lied to about late fees and had to fax proof of my payments even though I made them over the phone with them. There is zero professionalism and I am submitting a complaint to the BBB. Please do the same because a business like this should not be able to operate!
