I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Rogue at Illini Nissan and was very pleased with the service I received. Stefan was my salesman and I could not have asked for a better person. I did not waist any time there. I already knew, which car I wanted since I had already looked at their website. He did not try to sell me cars I did not want or go over my budget. He worked with the information I gave him and was not pressuring me at all. Craig (one of the sale managers) was also great. Negotiating the price of the car and my trade-in was a breeze. There were not too many back and forth as with many dealers. I asked not to receive any calls, but emails and that was respected. This was the best experience I ever had dealing with a car dealership.
