I have used Northside Lexus for years and always been very satisfied with their service. I have never had a negative issue with anything. They go above and beyond what is expected of their services. I have used two other Lexus dealers and Northside is the best! I can really tell a difference in the level of service when I take my Lexus in for something non-essential like a state inspection sticker from a nearby Toyota dealer and had to wait four hours for something that took only minutes to do. Northside is focused on customer service where other dealers are not.
