I recently had the opportunity to interact with the UMBC Office of Residential Life, and I must say that my experience was average. The staff was polite and helpful, but the process of applying for housing was quite tedious. It took a while to receive a response, and the communication could have been better. However, once I was assigned a room, everything went smoothly. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were decent. Overall, I would rate my experience with the UMBC Office of Residential Life as average.
