Wonjoon Chung did a proper needs assessment and helped my wife and I pick the right vehicle. We visited the dealership 30 minutes before the close of business hours and Wonjoon spend extra one hour with us to go over our requirements for the car and took us for a test drive of 3 series sedan. During the test drive Wonjoon skillfully pointed out features and driving characteristics that made BMW the Ultimate Driving Machine. Throughout our visit we did not feel an iota of pressure or a sense of sales conveyor that is usually the case at other dealerships. The engagement was laid back and I had the feeling that the whole BMW team including the managers was there to help and meet our needs. In the end my wife and I purchased the 330 xDrive, which has been our dream car for a long time. Wonjoon thank you for making our dream come true! You are the best.
