My camera has not yet been repaired but I felt compelled to provide a review already because I ve been so impressed with the ease and responsiveness so far. The shutter on my 1.5 year old camera became stuck a week or two ago while I was travelling. I emailed Olympus and received a quick response from the Sydney repair centre with instructions. I was only in Sydney for one day and I showed up to the service centre unannounced with no appointment and no proof of purchase. They accepted my camera for repair with no hesitation, it was a quick and simple process and they allowed me to provide proof of purchase at a later time. Furthermore, I have received personalised emails and quick responses within the hour.
