Bill showed up when promised and got to work right...

Bill showed up when promised and got to work right away. He checked everything and immediately found the problem. We needed a new motor/fan assembly in our furnace which operated the AC blowing the cool air through the house. He had to leave and get the motor. He returned at the estimated time and installed the motor and we had cool air! It was wonderful. Bill had already quoted and explained the cost and that's exactly what it was when he finished and presented the bill. No additions or "surprises". We are very satisfied and will definitely ask for Bill for future cleanings etc...
