First of all, I love every single person here! Everyone is so encouraging, helpful, and fun. There s never a dull moment around the studio. (It s also super clean and well run.)

I just took Ryan s class the other day and OH MY LORD. He killed it. He s new to SoHo Cycling but you can barely even tell. He ran the class with such an encouraging, sassy yet professional attitude. He really knows how to command the space while also allowing people to beautifully make their own space. The music choice was poppin , which is essential to any successful cycling class. During the whole class he consistently praised us while pushing us.

Talking to him afterwards, I noticed how personable he is. He paused to introduce himself and ask about the class. It s always amazing to walk into his class and know he genuinely cares youre there.

He s a 5 star addition to their team! (Plus, his FLEX30 classes are great for a quick yet effective workout.)
