I had a sleep apnea test done at home which I had to call numerous times to ask for equipment. When I went to pick up the equipment it wasn't ready and waiting 20 minutes outside because of COVID.
When all was said and done at my appointment I was told I have sleep apnea and in need of my equipment. This has been over a month and still nothing! I called my insurance company that told me it's ready to be picked up, however I haven't received any calls letting me know this or anything I need to follow up with. I'm the one reaching out doing all the work with no help from them.
So where's my sleep apnea equipment? I'm suffering worse! No sleep, snoring more frequently.
