I called multiple weeks ahead of the time I needed...

I called multiple weeks ahead of the time I needed the place for a dinner and was repeatedly told that I would just have to show up. So I called a day before to confirm that I can still just show up. The worker got on the phone and was very disrespectful when I was trying to explain what I was told previously . Then once she got off the phone I heard her continuously be disrespectful in the background. A woman named Lina the owner came to the phone and I then explained the situation. She handled it professionally but when I told her about the woman who handed her the phone she acted as if she didn't know who I was talking about. She asked was it a girl or boy when she know it was a girl. When I explained the girl was disrespectful she didn't care and just brushed it off and tried to change the conversation. As an owner she should have her workers to act professionally when answering the phone. I was calm the entire time and not once got an attitude.
