We've been using Kodiak for many years now and have never had a problem. I did call once to complain they hadn't done the driveway wide enough, not realizing the 1 swipe, 2 swipe thing. Makes sense now! In all the years I've been getting them there has only been maybe two times I couldn't get into my driveway after work because the city plow had just been. But I didn't have to wait long for Kodiak to come and clear it away.
