Our old furnace failed in the middle of February on a Friday afternoon, leaving us with very little heat for the weekend. Jeff was at our home within 30 minutes to look at the options. He was very thorough, answered my many questions and scheduled installation of our new system for Monday... offering us space heaters to get us through. The crew arrived first thing Monday morning (2/11/19) and by the end of the day, we had heat and a new air conditioner too! The crew (Aaron, Bob, Nick, Brad and Nevin) were extremely pleasant, worked hard all day, answered any questions we had and were a joy to have in our home. The entire process was seamless and I feel very comfortable and pleased with the system we chose, the "deal" they offered us and the service we received.
