I scheduled a general maintenance appointment over a week ago for today. When I arrived they told me it would take 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I returned 2.5 hours later to learn they'd 'lost' my work order and my vehicle hadn't been touched. I"m now trying to contact a service manager, and the service receptionist dumped my into a general mailbox that was full, and is now hanging up on me. Possibly the worst service department I've dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot. Pick another dealer or service provider.
