The first time I paid with Card, they made me the payment but they canceled my order the next day because according to them they could not make the payment, although if it is reflected in my statement.

In their customer service line by phone they do not know how to give reasons or solutions, they only say that a refund will be made from 1 to 10 business days. (Reimbursement of something they could not charge? Agree)

I am still waiting for the refund of 4 thousand pesos.
