"Fantastic Holiday"
My husband and I stayed at Viceroy for 7 nights in September in Villa 27. We had the most fantastic time. From the lovely welcome with the flower Frangipani garlands, the decorations on the bed, the sweets in beaded pots at night, very warm swimming pool, cleanliness of all areas and, most importantly, to the friendliness of all the staff. We had a half board package so ate every night at the restaurant Cascades. The food was superb and Chef Miles and his staff accommodated my egg allergy with great flair and imagination. One night we had a Romantic Dinner which was set up by the main pool with lots of decoration with flowers. Chef discussed with us our menu and we had a excellent 5 course meal. We went to the Monkey Forest using the complimentary transport to Ubud. We also paid to be driven to the Bali Bird park and be picked up again. This cost was minimal. The main pool is not heated but was pleasant enough with good views of the opposite forest. The view from our own pool was the same and we saw monkeys and a black capped kingfisher during our stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone who enjoys luxury and brilliant service. Thank you Viceroy. Audrey & Robert
