Location is ok, walking distance to Shinsaibashi or even Namba (25-30m). Rooms are small, but clean and they have 2 usb outlets and one power outlet by the bed. Very convenient nowadays.

Bathrooms are new but you can notice the cheap quality of it and that they are small. They have a tub but I would never considere to use it as I am terrified to get stuck in there.

Breakfast it's ok, a lot of japanese options, but if your are into cereals, toasts or any kind of bread just forget about it. Also you may freeze to dead while habing breakfast. That area gets pretty crowded and I suspect they do so to make you unconfortable and leave sooner.

If you have a tight budget it is a good option, if you can a little bit more, you will find better options closer to shinsaibashi and namba.
