What kind of Lexus dealership will not look at a Lexus for a PPI? (Pre-Purchase inspection.) Was told a month ago that I could bring in a vehicle for a PPI, and after shopping around and finding the vehicle of our dreams (09' GX470) This dealership is telling us they no longer do inspections. So if I can't bring my Lexus to a Lexus dealership, what then? The nice secretary told us to maybe check "yelp" for a mechanic willing to do a PPI. What a suggestion from a Lexus dealership. Happily, Kuni Lexus was able to get us in right away. Not impressed with a "Luxury" dealership or brand that doesn't want to touch their own vehicles.
