Unfair to rate low when I'm not whose fault it was...

Unfair to rate low when I'm not whose fault it was. Had a 330am appt and was told my security he can't let anyone through the gate until after 5am so obviously my appt time was wrong. Which could be on the brokers side. Told me to sit in Price Chopper parking lot but there are signs everywhere that say no truck parking. So don't get there before 5am!
