I was a patient for a number of years but when I really needed help he failed along with his staff. I needed a referral for pain management to service my morphine pain pump. I was sent to Drs that had no knowledge of pumps and finally told by his office manager and staff after being lied to in regards to referrals that they had exhausted their resources.. I had to involve the advocate for my insurance in order for them to continue to force them to continue searching for a Dr. by this time my morphine pump went dry sending me into severe withdrawals and to the emergency room. This almost coast me my life not to mention the extreme pain vommating weight loss and anxiety when they new my time was running out, and yet no one from there office ever bothered to even call or follow up until after my insurance nerce talked with them letting them know I was changing Dr's. There compassion and concern I found to be very lacking.. Being put on hold numerous times only to wait and never answered I even drove to the office while on hold and I am a half hour away. I was lied to by staff saying referrals had been made when in fact they were not. I had never had any issues when seeing the old nerce practitioners . I've never written a review for anything before, but when it's my life, and there was no reason for this to of happened and to be put through such pain both physically and mentally. I will never step foot back in there office again.
