I had been with Flexton inc. for 3 months. As its a contracting firm I was apprehensive about fulltime conversion but they made sure they were as invested in me as I was to convert to fulltime. The onboarding, tenure and exit process went on as smoothly as one can get. I am grateful for this pleasant experience and would recommend it highly.
