started out with a new company with really really ...

started out with a new company with really really good customer service. staff you could understand, prompt attention, solved problems. Some years later, customer service people with strong accents that most seniors like I, with compromised hearing issues simply cannot understand. they tell you not to worry a lot. i got that. There no longer is customer service at this company that you can put your faith in. They are big now and like so many other big conglomerates just give them your money and dont expect too much cause you wont get it..........man im getting tired of this attitude!!!!!
