While eating at the Buffet and after after sipping...

While eating at the Buffet and after after sipping my tea i noticed a roach in my glass made my entire party and I sick to our stomachs and all the manager Kevin said was sorry and refunded our $103.00 this should be a -* for this dining experience and very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE
