The hotel is easily accessed from I5. It was a couple blocks from the visitor's center and about 5 minutes from downtown. There was a large restaurant attached to it and the parking was free. After we got to our room, I discovered that the TV was malfunctioning. It took about 10 minutes for maintenance to come and fix it.

We were there for two nights. The second day we were out of the room from 10:00am to 4:00pm. When we returned I saw that housekeeping had never been in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone at 5:00 when we left for dinner. When we returned about two hours later, the room had still not been taken care of.
