My husband and I decided to update our windows to impact and began our search for the prefect company. We had 4 appointments with various companies who did come to our house to give an estimate. After practically begging each company for a written estimate we did finally receive some quotes. We were driving down I-95 and saw Broward Impact Window and Door and decided to stop in and ask about their product. Well, to our delight Nick Santilli, our salesman, showed us all they had to offer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We scheduled a time for them to come out and measure and then provide an estimate. The estimator was right on time, quick and courteous. Within a day, we had our estimate which was very competitive!!

We chose to work with Broward Impact. Nick was great to work with! He was very informative with regard to the permitting process and he sent me suggestions on front door and window options without me even asking - which a really appreciated. He followed up with me from beginning to end. The installation was seamless as was the final inspection. We love our windows and doors and are now ready for hurricane season!
