second time i ve missed a train on a pre- booked taxi with city cabs. called only to be told it s a busy time of day . - i KNOW, that s why I booked - and that booking is no guarantee that a car will actually show up. pure had it. supposed to be in dundee for family hospital appointment. there s a simple solution - stop maximising your profits at the expense of customer experience and offer some guarantees (or at the very least compensation for your own failure). other companies manage it.
