The staff beginning at checkin all the way through...

The staff beginning at checkin all the way through walking out the door are very professional and caring. During this COVID-19 pandemic a lot has changed and they are extremely cautious in your safety and care. I live in New Braunfels and choose to come here, 40 minutes away, than go to either of our hospitals in New Braunfels due the exemplary care I receive here. This includes the billing & insurance department. Trust me, this hospital is well worth the extra time to get here!
