I was hit and run on a bicycle in SW Philadelphia. The driver stopped long enough for me open my eyes and get a license plate number before speeding off. I contacted stuart leon the next day because my body and bike were mangled. They went through the process of getting information on the driver and getting me into physical therapy. We found out disappointedly that the driver didn't have insurance and no damages could be awarded, however they were able to use my own auto insurance to cover my medical bills. They did this free of charge because there was no settlement. Since then, I've gotten underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage. These policies cover me in the event of a hit and run on a bike if the driver doesn't have insurance. They were helpful understanding and diligent. Highly recommend them!
