It s 18:00, and out of maybe 10 desks only 3 are open: according to displays, my waiting time is 60 minutes but I have 20 people in front of me, and the line only moved by 1 person in the last 15 minutes. Don t think waiting for 2 hours will be enough, I ll have to come back tomorrow.
