The service on the initial visit was fair/average, however the car that was assigned to me reeked of cigarette snoke. When I called to explain this and ask for another car the lady's immediate response was that they had NO OTHER CARS AVAILABLE. Hard to believe, really. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt and gave my information so she could call me when another car was available. A whole week passed and I was done with the rental and never got a call to offer another vehicle. Terrible customer service, very unsatisfied customer.
