Their website talks about "honesty and integrity," but that couldn't be further from the truth. They are deceitful, Keith especially, and recently sold their three remaining lots (for dirt cheap, I imagine, since they sold all at once after sitting vacant for 10+ years) in our community.

They did everything they could to get around the building requirements of our HOA to build the smallest homes possible with the loosest interpretations of the requirements. One that has been built has a value of less than half of the other homes in the community. One house in process of being built is the same size as the required three car garage attached to it- it looks ridiculous and is about half the size of the rest of the homes in the community. All Schroeder Homes has done is bring down the value of my home. Keith was present at a few HOA meetings and made it clear he was trying to get around the rules in order to sell off the lots and just make money- that's their version of "integrity."
