My grandma waited 20 minutes for a wheelchair, which she never ended up getting until another 20 minutes.
When we got off our flight they sent us to A1 to get our luggage which wasn't there so we went to a ticket counter, as told, upstairs just to be taken back downstairs to A1.
Then we went upstairs again for our luggage, this man was extremely rude talking back to my grandma arguing, then he went through a door and got our luggage. He should of done that sooner instead of argue.
