By Far the worst extended service company i have worked with. I deal with many claims on a daily basis with different companies and this company takes the cake for being the worst in customer service. Not only do they take hours to answer the phone. The employees are rude and take days to reply to emails. They don't meet the standards of repairs and make their own estimates.It's a shame they sell services to customers who deserve a better quality of service.
