Tried to get them to do my pest and termite service. After sitting at home all day waiting for them, two separate days, it's been impossible to get my money back. They never showed up for either appointment! Multiple phone calls later and they always just tell me someone else will have to call me back to resolve the issue. Today, over two weeks after I first brought the issue to their attention, they STILL told me someone else will have to call me back AND that I will probably have to pay a cancellation fee... for a service that they never showed up to perform... on a "contract" I've never signed. Each and every customer service rep I've spoken with has been incredibly rude, and clearly hates their job. I've wasted two weekdays at home waiting on them and hours on the phone, mostly on hold, trying to get this resolved. HORRIBLE experience all around. TERMINIX WAS THE WORST DECISION I'VE MADE.
