I was dealing with John all I can say is I had an amazing experience, I had a few things I needed help with because I did not know my way around the car because it was my first time renting it and he dropped everything he was doing and came all the way to Toronto to help me with the rental and show me how to use a few of the features! He was honest and unlike other companies was not out to scam me! He has made me a life long customer I will be renting from him again in July this summer! If you actually want a good experience I would rent from these guys 1000%
