Javen Technologies is one of the best managed and professionally run consultancy firms in Twin Cities area. Quite impressed with their clientele and presence in Twin Cities metro area. They pay good and care for their employees. I would recommend Javen Technologies to anyone in the tech consulting, looking for great pay, rate transparency and peace of mind as far as maintaining Immigration status.

I have been working with Javen Technologies for past 3 years and its been great and pleasant experience so far. Any questions or problems, they are there to help including their CEO.

Pros:
- Really Transparent billing process with a good HR team
- Smooth Visa/GC process with a good legal team
- Broad Clientele in twin cities with a good recruitment team
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

They are really transparent in their immigration process.Their recruitment team was helpful in getting me an opportunity and are quick in response.
The cons I can think of would be a no 401K match. Other than that it is great company to work for in MN area.

Javen Technologies are very transparent and trust worthy. As an employee we would be primarily looking for two things - H1B processing and salary. They are very good in H1B processing and salary. They have good number of clients in the twin cities area. They have been wonderful team with quick response, attention to detail, good communication , follow through and great work ethics. My personal experience with Venkat Kota , the CEO was amazing as he clarified all my queries promptly and was ready to take my calls anytime.
