This is a great dealership. Alex, my sales rep was outstanding! I had visited other dealerships as I was debating between three vehicle types. They got my business while the others did not manage to. And that is because of the customer service I received. Alex was attuned to my needs in terms of a family vehicle, my wants, and of course financial limits. He made it work for me. Lawrence in Finance was very and highly competent. The manager, Bes, was such a pleasure to speak to; he was able to explain the numbers in a straightforward manner that I got. I never like to sign contract without understanding every line... lol and I am always surprised that people just go ahead and sign quickly. So as you can tell, I was likely not the easiest customer. But each and everyone of them were friendly, professional, and respectful. Great experience and I would recommend anyone go buy/lease their car at that dealership.
