Only with them because of my home loan which by the way I am happy with HOWEVER the credit card process is a shamble.
I am a joint account holder yet they can t discuss anything with me
After an agreement, we still get bloody calls for the same reason!!!!!!!
Don t even get me started on the rude sarcastic responses from whoever looks after credit cards.
