This is one of the more affordable resorts at Disney (if you don't consider camping an option!) and it isn't jam-packed with amenities, but for the price I didn't care. The rooms were somewhat unspectacular, but with park hours having us leave at 7 am to get in line to open the park, and coming home between 11pm and 1am just to do it all again the next day, I would have felt silly paying out my ears for a premium resort. We were even able to opt out of mousekeeping and they gave us a Disney gift card in exchange. There was a little snafu with a package I had delivered from Amazon while we were there. I went to the front desk and they were unable to find it. The guy went overboard to try to find it, including checking the ENTIRE mailroom for it, and then launched an investigation into all of the runners and their carts to see if they could find it. They didn't, but he credited me the value of the package and a little extra to my room account, which I thought was fantastic customer service. Then, they found the package. The pools are great, the everything store has a lot of useful stuff and merchandise, the food court has lots of tasty options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a Disney stay on property but is on a budget.
