Moved from Shopify to Neto to fix inventory reporting issues. But the recent price increase makes it untenable to stay, particularly with the XERO add on (which just became $99 USD per month instead of $99 AUD) doesn t send data to the correct records (I.e gift cards and returns).
Thought it would save us time and money. Turns out it was neither. We re moving back to Shopify. If we re gonna pay this much for a system, we re gonna pay for one that works with our other systems. It s a robust app, but not worth the effort or price. Not good for an agile business. Use something that connects easier like Vend or Tradegecko.
