They tell you all stories to get you trapped by enrolling and paying the course fee, once they get it, its done. They never process the refund, they just keep on saying reasons until you take one of their worth less classes. Not even worth a single dollar.

I enrolled into their CSM program and they promised the class on schedule and kept postponing 3 times. I said I had enough already and asked for a refund after 3rd postponement. They said they will process it in 15 working days, I called them again after 15 days, they said the have processed it already and wait for 1 week to see it in my account. Never got the money back and called them again on 12th day, they said there has been some problem with the bank and I shall receive refund in few days. It kept on going for ever. So I decided to atleast take the class, again after 3 postponements, I got into the class taught by inexperienced worthless trainer. There were 3 in the class and everyones experience is almost the same. Don't ever never enroll with them, instead atleast give you money to charity. I never recommend them to anyone.
