The staff were brilliant. I can't fault them at all. The only problem, was not everyone was on the same page. Which caused confusion. And as for discharge. That was a disaster. They don't have enough pharmacy staff. I had a 6 hour wait for my medication and then patient transport. As a terminally ill cancer patient. They need to get this sorted. They should have general pharmacy staff and discharge pharmacy staff. Well it's finally 5pm and i have finally got my medication. Talk about seriously taking the mickey. I trust the bosses, don't shirk their responsibility. Tomorrow they should come in. And heads should roll. They need to get this sorted. The bosses should hang their heads in shame. Or if the have any morals. Resign!! I would give the ward staff. . But the Pharmacy and bosses. None.
