my experience was crap, the lady who answered the phone was idiot, she just kept putting me on hold, over and over Her name is Alley she is irate from the beginning. I get that collections isn't the easiest job, but at the end of the day if she hates her job that much she should just quit. I intend on filing a complaint with the FDCPA against her company for creditor harassment. She initially was un cooperative disrespectful and essentially useless ! When I asked for her supervisor she tried to transfer me to a voicemail. I had to call back 6 times before she even entertained my inquiry ! At which point she did nothing but yell at me. Even when I told her to calm down, she couldn't gain control of her voice. It was slightly insane !
