Real shame to see service go downhill so quickly - stayed here 2 years ago and it was fab! This week, staff were disinterested, the left arm did not know what the right hand was doing and our room did not even get serviced one day. When we raised concerns with the staff, they didn't really seem to care. They could not even sort us a cab properly! What a pity, as the location is great and Malibu Farm is a great place to eat!!

Update: The response from the hotel is a copy and paste of all the previous responses. Asking us to take even more time out to talk to them about their poor service is demonstrative of how they have lost sight of how the customer is at the centre of things, not them.
