The pilsner tasted lime it had dimethyl sulfide. For those of you who are not brewers, it had the taste of cooked cabbage or creamed corn. The bartender tried to be attentive, but she did not know much about the beer or brewers. I found out that they are not brewing on premise and are actually contracting through another brewery.
