She acts like she s better than everyone else and will shut the window while your talking, if I were owner of this company I would definitely get rid of her or send her to training! Just because some truck drivers are mean doesn t mean you treat all of them the same way! This lady Amanda is in the wrong profession definitely shouldn t be behind a desk dealing with any type of customer she should be a prison guard with a shi!!y attitude like that!

And for upper management you should look at all these complaints about your staff and maybe have a class or some respect training because I m not the only one that was met with this attitude!
